How do I get power to my fort?

Its summer, Ive been making a fort out of trash or junk people dump out here. I have the fort in the middle of a field, there's a pond next to the fort, its surrounded by trees and there isn't an outlet for like half a mile. i wanted to know if i could make something to generate power (like a windmill, an electric bike, solar panel) that wouldn't cost much and could keep the energy stored some how. Are gerbils easy to take care of?

They are a little more high maintenance than hamsters or some other small rodents. They are very quick and a little bit harder to handle. They crawl and squirm more and require a tank (like a fish tank) with a wire mesh lid rather than a cage with wire and tubes like hamsters use. They would chew right through that plastic. They are also much happier with a partner to share their tank with, so that makes it a little more difficult. One benefit of gerbils is that they somewhat adjust to your sleeping routine, where as hamsters are nocturnal and make noise at night. Gerbils are fun pets to watch and hold but if you are looking for something easier to take care of, play with and cuddle with I would recommend a hamster or guinea pig. They don't squirm out of your hands as much!

In its current condition it's completely stock. I plan on taking breaks completely off, getting lighter pegs and only leaving them on the left side a smaller and lighter front sprocket. I left for the weekend and I left my Green Iguana out lots of food and water. I sprayed him lots with a spray bottle also. He has a small area in my window with his heat rock and light and food and water. When I came home, I found that my iguana was upstairs in my son's room. Do not separate them. gerbils are social creatures therefore becoming depressed and/or aggressive when by themselves.. try putting more food in their cage and spread it around so she can get food everywhere. if this is still not working or she gets worse then take her to a vet who knows about rodents immediantly. but do not separate unless they are fighting please.

Why does my tank smell so bad?

I own a gerbil, and today i noticed that a corner of his tank is soaked with, well, something. i dont think that it is from the water bottle leaking, because it is on the other side. Suzuki GS500F jetting help? Cutting out on top end?

I've got an 05 Suzuki GS500F. I've got an aftermarket pipe and have rejetted. It pulls strong on bottom to mid, but once I hit about 3/4 throttle to wide open, it acts as if it's hitting a rev limiter, but it's not. It seems like a jetting issue, but I've thoroughly cleaned the carbs and checked them over. It will hit the redline at half throttle if I'm just in neutral, but once I give it more around 3/4 to wide open throttle, it just cuts out bad like it's hitting a rev limiter. I'm lost on what it could be. It's crossed my mind an ignition issue, but it will still redline just fine at half throttle. Maybe plugs? What do you think? Thanks for you input!!

2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT Spyder 5-Speed Manual suddering at high rpms?

I just test drove the car stated above. As with all test drives, I put the car through it's paces. I found that at about 4500-5000 rpms the car made a shuddering noise coming from somewhere in the engine compartment. The owner (knowing very little about cars) claimed that someone had told him that it was a feature Mitsubishi included in their cars to stop from over-reving the car. However, the car doesn't redline until 6000, making me skeptical. Anyone else have this problem or know what it is?

2005 S2000 rev happy engine?

I just bought my very own roadster. It's a 2005 Honda S2000 with 60k miles. I've babied it already and make sure to do everything right. While driving with my dad, I was getting on an on-ramp, so I put her into 2nd at 25mph(about 3k rpm) and got up to about 7grand when my dad started freaking out telling me that the car wasn't meant to handle this. How is this bad for the car if the engine was DESIGNED to have a 8k RPM redline? The car was completely warmed to operating temperatures. Is this actually bad for the car? Mind you, the F22C is a handbuilt engine with forged/racing internals right out of the factory. I know that hitting fuel cut is bad, but I am quite sure that shifting at 7500-7800 is perfectly fine.

I'm 16 years old and i spend every day alone :( both my parents and my brother work all day so i'm always home alone. I don't have any friends because i'm surrounded by the wrong kind of people. All of my peers do drugs, drink, and do stupid things like that and i'm not like that. I try to be friends with some of them but they always ignore me and go hang out with other people instead the only time they talk to me is when they have no one else to talk to. My brother is 21 and he never wants to hang with me because all he wants to do is be with his girlfriend. I'm too shy to look for my own girlfriend because i have anxiety so i get nervous a lot. I'm still in high school and get As and Bs and i want to be a doctor and i'm hoping to go to medical school after college. I can't join any sports or clubs to meet people because i go to a private school and its only 3 hours long so they don't have any sports or clubs. I got a tattoo on my shoulder a week ago, and as per the instruction, I have been putting on Webber's Vitamin E ointment around 3 times a day. Why is my 1997 ford taurus overheating?

I have a ford taurus which recently had a new radiator and heater core installed. Now when I drive it after a little bit of driving the temperature gauge redlines hot. Why do guys only want me for sex?

Buzzing/whistling from car?

Alright so my car has been making this annoying whistling/buzzing sound for a while, and I finally got sick of it. The car is a 99 Eclipse GS, which has the 4 cylinder 420a engine. It has a (Supposedly) Megan exhaust, but knowing the previous owner, it could be welded together soda cans for all I know. Anyways, I originally thought it was an exhaust leak making the sound but it only happens when press on the gas a certain amount; about 40%. For example, If I'm taking off from a stop and accelerate hard, it will buzz/whistle but I can redline it by pressing more gently and getting to redline more slowly and it won't do it at all, so my thought is something with the throttle body. I also have an AEM short ram intake on it, and the cone filter is kind of loose, and I can't seem to get it to stay tight. Could replacing the filter fix the noise? I've been sick the past few days and the loud exhaust doesn't bother me but that whistle/buzz is making my head hurt even worse, so any ideas are appreciated, thank you.

Would a new exhaust system make my car faster?

Hello, thank you for checking my question out. I currently own a crown victorian 2001, Not sure if it matters what kind of car I own, and I would like to make it a little faster. My friends ex-girlfriends dad worked at Ford and he was high up, he used to also race cars. I asked him a while back (like 2 years ago), "What would b the way to go to increase my cars performance?" H suggested I get a new exhaust system. Would there in fact be a noticeable upgrade in performance? I would also like the car to sound a bit manlier. Would this do the trick or would I need more (perhaps some exhaust tips)? I wish I knew a lot more about cars I love mine people don't always appreciate the car they own most of the time wishing they had a "better" car (could you also tell me what car you own, and how you like it). Why does my car jerk when i redline?

When i put the pedal to the metal when taking off from 0MPH, the car jerks back and forth. I had a blown gasket, took it to shop, got it "fixed", and here i am with this problem. The car runs fine as long as I don't try to max the accelerator. New oil change?? Any suggestions? What could have they possibly done wrong, if anyone on the web have any clue besides that "they toast your engine". Thanks for any help.

Logitech X-540 speakers rock! I bought them for playing music on my brand new MacBook and couldn't be happier. The matrix mode, which automatically creates 5.1 surround sound, sounds fantastic and I only have to turn the bass up half way for a good solid bass tone. Also, the control center makes for changing your settings supper easy. I know Best Buy sells this speaker system for about $103.00 so you really can't get a better price than this.

I started with the diamondback grind. It's around that price if not less and has everything you need to get started. Its one of the lighter bikes and its as light as some of the 400-500 dollar bikes. You can do almost any trick you want but its not as good in flatland, and bar spins. Hope this helps

It generally doesn't matter. I've used them a couple of times and place them with the slots facing in the opposite direction of the tire movement. Meaning...on the front the slots would point toward the driver, on the rear they point toward the bumper. The slots are generally for cooling they won't affect brake performance or noise.

Alright, so i LOVE animals and i need to earn some money because my parents do not give me money when i go out with my friends so i usually have to wait for a holiday to come by in order to get some money. But this summer i want to earn some money by being a dog sitter. Yes, i am only 13 but will be turning 14 in october and want to know if it would be a good idea to do this job. Dealing with death of a grandparent?

They always say think of the birth rather than the death. My aunt die of cancer. She suffered all the way to the end, they say she didn't suffer, but every time they move her she sounded like she was in pain. I was there, it was a close aunt, but for some reason I didn't cry or anything, I don't know why? well think of it as at least she not suffering or die young, keep busy, have time to cry at night time go to the movies, get some exercise, visit friends, mainly keep busy.

Steam keeps crashing every few hours when online...?

When I run Steam online, it seems to crash every few hours. This doesn't happen while playing games offline or online, or when I'm just leaving it there online, but when i'm checking up on my downloads and browsing the internet at the same time.
