Rotation direction of slotted rotors for QUIET?

It generally doesn't matter. I've used them a couple of times and place them with the slots facing in the opposite direction of the tire movement. Meaning...on the front the slots would point toward the driver, on the rear they point toward the bumper. The slots are generally for cooling they won't affect brake performance or noise.
