How to feel better when I'm surrounded by pretty girls?

I always feel really insecure, and whenever I see a pretty girl I just want to turn invisible. I know being pretty won't actually help them to be successful (unless anyone interviewing them is a creep) but it's really annoying because all the boys prefer them (even though they're mean and stupid) and they have more friends. I have good friends and I'm pretty smart, so I know I'm not worthless. But I feel really bad about myself when I see them-how can I feel better when they get treated better by everyone?
