Suzuki GS500F jetting help? Cutting out on top end?

I've got an 05 Suzuki GS500F. I've got an aftermarket pipe and have rejetted. It pulls strong on bottom to mid, but once I hit about 3/4 throttle to wide open, it acts as if it's hitting a rev limiter, but it's not. It seems like a jetting issue, but I've thoroughly cleaned the carbs and checked them over. It will hit the redline at half throttle if I'm just in neutral, but once I give it more around 3/4 to wide open throttle, it just cuts out bad like it's hitting a rev limiter. I'm lost on what it could be. It's crossed my mind an ignition issue, but it will still redline just fine at half throttle. Maybe plugs? What do you think? Thanks for you input!!
