I own a 92 mustang , and it has a AODtrans, it goes into rev, but will not go into drive it just redlines HELP?

I don't know what to do with this one , i'm usually good about knowing how to fix something but this one has me lost , cause it was going good then all out a sudden i had no drive ,,just a reverse gear !! ?? please help me figure this one out .
