What rams best for video editing?

Just grab a kit of Gskill 1333mhz or 1600mhz ram. The CPU can't take advantage of the extra memory bandwidth so you'd basically be wasting your money. 8gb is more than enough. I have 2gb and I don't run out when rendering 1080p files.
